Nationally accredited by the American Diabetes Association, the Diabetes Self Management Program is designed to promote goal-directed, comprehensive education for adults with the diagnosis of diabetes. The education program is coordinated by a Certified Diabetes Educator and the exercise component by a Registered Nurse.
